Game sessions, progress, preferences and the personal cast are saved on the device. The game does not manage accounts on FraiZstudio servers, does not include advertising, advertising SDKs, tracking or analytics services, and does not automatically transmit data to FraiZstudio.

Images are read when you choose to import them for the personal cast. On compatible devices, Image Playground is handled by the Apple features selected by the user. The game does not automatically upload images or photos to FraiZstudio servers.

Phone controller and cooperative play communicate over the local network only when you enable the connection. They exchange commands, game state and, if selected, the personal cast. A local code authorises pairing; stopping the connection ends the session. The local network address is used to reach the host device and is not sent to FraiZstudio.

Battery, thermal status and connected controllers are read on the device for controller support. The reminder’s play time is a local preference; the optional PIN is stored in the device Keychain. This data is not used for profiling or tracking.

The included soundtrack works offline. If you choose a personal playlist, access to the Music library is optional and is used only to select and play the music you choose. We do not send playlists or listening activity to FraiZstudio. Playback through Music follows the settings and services of your Apple account.

In the Store Beta, Apple handles purchases and restoration through StoreKit. The game checks access rights locally and does not receive card numbers or other payment details. The Full edition contains the same original content with the worlds unlocked.

Local data remains until you delete it using the game’s tools or remove the app’s data. Exported copies, copies transferred to other devices and copies in backups must be managed separately. The optional PIN can be removed in controller support settings. You can revoke permissions in system settings.

For privacy questions, write to the contact above. Any data you voluntarily include in your email is received by the email service so we can reply; do not attach saves or photos unless necessary. Apple’s own privacy policy applies to services and purchases managed through your account.
