Email info@fraizstudio.com with the app name and version, device, system version and the steps that reproduce the problem. You may attach a screenshot after hiding your personal data. Do not send passwords, Apple codes, payment details or your entire journal.
Purchases and restoration
For purchased unlocks, use the app’s restore purchases feature with the same Apple account used for the purchase. Apple handles payments and refunds; see Apple purchase support.
Phone controller
The phone and game device must be on the same local network. Open the address and use the code shown in the game. Restart the connection from the game if the session is interrupted.
Scrapdays
Content is stored locally: keep your own export before removing the app or its data. Weather is optional; you can turn it off in Weather settings without deleting the journal.
