FraiZstudio, by Marco Sanfilippo. Privacy contact: info@fraizstudio.com. Policy updated on 15 October 2026. This policy applies to the original GiorgisWorld / Fuori Frequenza version 0.3.4.
Progress, game sessions and preferences are saved on the device. The app does not include advertising, tracking or analytics services, does not create a FraiZstudio account and does not automatically send data to FraiZstudio servers.
When you enable cooperative play, paired iPhones and iPads communicate directly over the local network through an encrypted native session. Commands, pilot assignments and, in “Join and play” mode, images of the GiorgisWorld world generated by the host app are exchanged. The screen of other apps is not recorded and no image archive is created. The native controller can use local vibration. Alternatively, the browser controller communicates with the host device on the same local network. A pairing PIN authorises the connection. Game commands and connection status are exchanged; no FraiZstudio server is contacted. “Stop connection” stops the local server. The local connection uses HTTP and should be used on a trusted network.
Apple handles purchases and restoration through StoreKit. The app verifies unlock rights locally, does not receive payment details and does not transfer transactions to its own server.
Controller support on iPhone/iPad reads battery, thermal status and controllers locally. Dead zone, preferences, break-reminder time and pause status remain on the device. The optional reminder PIN is stored in the device Keychain and is separate from the controller pairing code.
Progress and preferences remain until the app’s data is deleted. Purchase rights remain in your Apple account and can be restored. The optional PIN can be removed from controller support. Any backups are managed separately in Apple settings.
For privacy questions, write to the contact above. Any data you voluntarily send in the email is received by the email service so we can reply. Apple’s own privacy policy applies to services and purchases associated with your account.
